Overview
The DuPont™ Biosecurity Kit is a new product offering designed to provide critically important protection for use in disease surveillance, virus control and containment situations in the farm environment – helping you to be better prepared in the case of an outbreak. It offers fundamental components and proven technologies in a convenient kit form. The kit contains DuPont™ Virkon® S, chosen for its proven efficacy against the Avian Influenza virus in the poultry setting. Also included are other products chosen to help reduce the spread of the virus, including*:
- DuPont™ Virkon® S Disinfectant and Virucide
- DuPont™ Tyvek®, Tychem® QC and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- DuPont™ RelyOn™ or DuPont™ RelyOn™ Virkon® Antiseptic Hand Spray
DuPont is uniquely positioned to develop and introduce this offering, based on:
