Applications
DSC1000™ is a neutral pH cleaner disinfectant specifically designed to provide enhanced cleaning power to penetrate and remove dirt effectively and efficiently from surfaces and Equipment. DSC1000™ is ideal for use for use in the hatchery and on the farm.

Composition
A highly concentrated blend of Alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium Chloride and Alkyl Alcohol ethoxylate non-ionic surfactant to achieve optimum cleaning and biocidal activity.
Instructions for use
Cleaning of Surfaces and Equipment
Spraying
Manually prepare a solution of between 0.25 - 1% (1:400 - 1:100 dilution) of DSC1000™ or calibrate your dosing equipment to achieve the required dilution (higher concentrations may be required for use under heavily soiled conditions). Using either a knapsack sprayer or pressure washer with a low pressure lance, spray the solution to all surfaces at an application rate of 500ml/m2. Allow a minimum contact time of 20-30 minutes before thoroughly rinsing all surfaces with clean water at high pressure.
Foaming
Manually prepare a solution of between 0. 5 - 2% (1:200 - 1:50 dilution) stock solution of DSC1000™ or calibrate your dosing equipment to achieve the required dilution. Using a pressure washer with a foaming lance apply DSC1000™ to all surfaces at an application rate of 250ml/m2. Allow a minimum contact time of 20-30 minutes before thoroughly rinsing all surfaces with clean water at high pressure.

Precautions
- Use the cleaner-disinfectant safely. Always read and follow the product label instructions and information, including the precautionary statements before use.
- Avoid contact with the eyes and skin during the handling of this product.
- Do not breathe spray mist (wear a mist respirator at all times during the application process).
- Wear suitable personal protective clothing including; waterproof coveralls (Tychem®), gloves and Boots, and face protection (in accordance with BS EN 166).
- Do not allow product to enter water-courses.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Always refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for further details on product specific health and safety issues.
Emergency/first aid procedures
- If the product or its dilutions are splashed in the eye, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
- Rinse any product off the skin immediately with water.
- If ingested allow patient to drink water if conscious, but do not induce vomiting. Seek medical advice.
Storage
Store in a cool dry place away from other Products.
Disposal
Dilute small quantities to waste water, via a foul sewer or other treatment facility in accordance with local and national regulations.
Shelf life
Concentrate 3 years. Diluted product up to one week if unused.

Available in 20 litre drums.
